Juneteenth marks the anniversary of the abolition of slavery in Texas and is a great opportunity for everyone to listen to a tune from the days of Harriet Tubman: a code-song from the Underground Railroad and the rallying anthem of the Contrabands (slaves who escaped to Union territories). Also join in and take the lead (or piano/bass/drums, if that's your thing), and give yourself a chance to express yourself on the subject.

And, MOST IMPORTANTLY, put some money in the pot if you can afford it and help Stanley and Bandcamp contribute towards the reduction of hate crime in the UK, and the ongoing civil rights movement.
